| Chadwick Years as a stylist: 21 Years at Las Olas Beauty: 5 Three words that best describe your cutting style: Creative, Detailed, Progressive When my clients leave, I want them to feel: That their hair looks its best and they have the confidence to take on the world. My biggest inspiration is: A happy and satifsifed client who leaves my presence confident. My favorite thing about curls: That they possess the ability to be playful, sexy, full or texture, deconstructed and feminine. My favorite thing about hair: Its ability to transform one's image. The words I live by: I'm only as good as my last haircut. I approach each haircut like it is my last and ask myself if I am satisfied with the results. What inspired you to be a stylist: As a young boy I understood how styling hair would nurture my creative nature. My greatest professional accolades or accomplishments: Working as a senior designer for and with Rusk. Also, having the experience of working on and with artist in the country music and Christian music industry. |

My biggest inspiration is: I draw inspiration from everything around me: people, nature, etc. My favorite thing about hair color: How it can bring out a person's true personality or create a new image. My favorite thing about hair: How it can help a person reflect the different facets of their personality. The words I live by: Treat others as you would like to be treated. What inspired you to be a stylist: I grew up in a family of hair stylists. My greatest professional accolades or accomplishments: Owning my own business for seven years and building a tremendous reputation from my color work. |

| Donald Years as a stylist: Two inspiring years which includes a six-month apprenticeship with TIGI Ambassador Cecilia Geraci and three months with Sean Donaldson of Sean Donaldson Hair in Miami Beach. Three words that best describe your cutting style: Manageable, fun, detailed When my clients leave, I want them to feel: I want my clients to feel that they can do their hair at home without any problem and confident to come back again and again. My biggest inspiration is: I’m not one to follow the celebrities, so my inspiration comes from my clients. They know their hair and what works. I will give my professional opinion, but in the end, they inspire me to give them what they want. My favorite thing about hair: My favorite thing about hair is my clients entrusting me when they sit in my chair. I realize, just as much as they do, that it takes trust to work with a new stylist. It takes a team, and a team is built on trust. The words I live by: There are two quotes that I live by…"Life isn’t about finding yourself. No matter what I do, I give my all and right now, that is hair. My greatest professional accolades or accomplishments: I’ve only scratched the surface and will never know this until I can tell my grandkids where I have gone and what I have done. |
